INDUCTION SEALING WADS

Our products are high grade. We use a wax laminated two piece induction heat sealing liners. It is suitable for sealing within the chemical (includes agrochemical), mineral (includes lube oil) and food (includes edible oil) industries. The substrate material and the sealing layers can vary, depending on the filling content and the material of the container.

The Induction Sealing Wads can also be supplied with print matter on the foil or holograms.We have developed in collaboration with our clients, QR Coded Induction Sealing Wads for their promotion drives. Each wad has a unique QR Code or an Alphanumeric code printing on each singular piece.

The top most grade material combinations are used to provide ideal sealing properties which protect the environment from potentially harmful/ unstable contents.

There are certain wads we manufacture for some clients which have no duplication possible. Each wad is unique and cannot be copied.

LIDDING FOILS

We supply Lidding Foils to a range of clients using the sealsin the
Pharma, Edible Oils, Lubricants and Pesticide sectors.

We offer a wide range of Lidding Foil solutions that can meet the clients market’s demand for high quality products. Our Lidding materials are designed to meet your needs for product protection, opening convenience, packing line efficiency and consistent high quality printing.

Push-through, peelable, peel-push, tear-open and child resistant options are available. The Aluminum Foil provides most favorable barrier properties.
We manufacture a range of Lidding Foil suitable for sealing PS (Polystyrene), PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), PP (Polypropylene) PET (Polyethyleneterphthalate) , PE (Polyethylene) and HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) jars/cups/tubs.

METAL RINGS

Our Metal Rings are used as a locking mechanism for Berg Spouts used in bulk packing. It is usually used in Lubricants and edible oils.

EPE Liners

The default properties of EPE foam can be customized to suit various
applications of our client due to wide range of density options. The seals can be tailor made to suit requirements of high degree of compressibility, torque retentions and resistant to distortion. Plain EPE itself has good barrier property and hence meets wide range of applications.

Further more, it can be used as a substrate for Induction Sealing Wads
suitable for HDPE and PET jars and bottles.

VENTED INDUCTION SEALING WADS

When containers filled with active or volatile formulations are not ventilated properly, the bottle will bloat or collapse, ruined labels and leaks, not to mention expensive replacements and dissatisfied customers.

Risks are even greater when containers are stored, transported or distributed, exposing them to a wide range of altitudes and temperatures that can destabilize pressure and even cause containers to burst.For industrial chemicals and cleaners, agricultural products and household chemicals and cleaners, leaks and ruptures could cause real harm to both users and the environment — unless the containers are properly vented.

Induction Sealing Wads with Venting minimize these risks by allowing air and gas molecules to pass through the membrane, continually equalizing pressure so containers won’t bulge or collapse maintaining airflow preventing leakage of dangerous and hazardous liquids
